Jamaica is a country island located in the Caribbean Sea. It is the third largest island in the Greater Antilles. It is located South of Cuba and West of Haiti and Dominican Republic. With an area of 10,990 km2 and a population of approximately 938,000 people, Jamaica is known for its breathtaking tourist attractions, spicy food, and ethnic variety. The local currency is the JMD. Jamaica´s main export is coffee and rum.
