ORIENTATION PROGRAM
This program is designed to meet the needs of candidates in the pre-acceptance phase with a company. Our goal is to help them learn more about the areas and it’s amenities. This assists the candidate in making a decision to join a company by giving a better understanding of the new community – an issue that plays a large role with most transferee’s decision making process. The following are some of the services we provide to help achieve our goal.
PRE-ARRIVAL PREPARATION
Family needs assessment
Counselor will collect information from employee/spouse to ensure that we are addressing all the family’s needs.
 Home search
Counselor will assign a real estate agent, will preview and select properties based on the family’s needs and expectations to maximize the time during the family’s physical search.
Schools
Counselor will identify schools based on family’s needs, areas and will make all necessary appointments.
ARRIVAL SERVICES & SUPPORT
Area familiarization
Counselor will accompany family on an area orientation and will answer any questions family may have.
Home search
Counselor will accompany family to preview pre-selected homes.
Temporary Housing
Counselor will give overview of locations where temporary housing is available.
Visits to schools
Counselor will accompany family/children to the schools and provide overview of documentation requirements etc.
