Rita Hernandez, President and founder of PDS, Inc. has thirteen years relocation experience in a variety of global relocation areas. She held positions of progressively increased responsibility and authority in the areas of accounting, counseling, team and client management, business development and international program management. In recent years, Rita served as Director of Latin American Sales and Operations for Windham International and as Director, Regional Business Development for the East Coast US and Latin America for ExpatSpouse Inc. Rita received her CRP designation in 1997, is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) as well as SHRM Global, The Beacon Council, ERC (Employee Relocation Council) and GMCC (Great Miami Chamber of Commerce).
